The Brief
The client required an experienced contractor capable of delivering a complete brickwork and masonry package across the development.
It was important that the contractor understood the local area and had experience working with traditional stone materials commonly used throughout Compstall and the surrounding parts of Stockport.
Work Carried Out
Our team carried out the full masonry package across the site, including brickwork, stonework and blockwork construction.
Several of the homes were built using traditional course stone to reflect the architectural style of the area, while other properties were constructed using high-quality facing brick. Structural blockwork was also completed across the development as part of the main build.
A key part of the project was the renovation of an existing mill building, where local stone was used to maintain the historic character of the structure while integrating it into the new residential scheme.
